Study and technical assistance for a strategic hydraulic structure – Oued Seybouse

As part of the downstream connection project between the El Tarf desalination plant and the Chaiba reservoir (Annaba), SMARTSKY Engineering carried out the study and provided technical assistance throughout the construction of a civil engineering structure crossing Oued Seybouse.

📍 Executed in a demanding hydraulic environment, this project required a rigorous approach to address site constraints and ensure controlled execution of the works, all completed within a record timeframe of one month.

🔍 The SSE approach was based on:

▪️ Preparation of the execution design file
▪️ Continuous technical assistance to the contractor throughout all phases of the works
