Bio:

Dr. Sadok Feia is the CEO and co-founder of SMARTSKY Engineering (SSE), where he bridges the gap between advanced academic research and cutting-edge industrial applications in civil and geotechnical engineering. Holding a PhD from the prestigious École des Ponts ParisTech and serving as a Maître de Conférences at the Université of Biskra, he possesses over 15 years of deep expertise in soil mechanics, géo-risques, and structural engineering. Under his leadership, SSE delivers innovative engineering solutions by uniquely integrating artificial intelligence, advanced data analysis, and modern geotechnical modeling to solve complex construction and risk-mitigation challenges.

Dr. Abdelali Dadda

Co-founder / CTO

Bio:

Dr. Abdelali Dadda is the Co-founder, CTO, and Deputy CEO of SMARTSKY Engineering (SSE), combining high-level global academic research with extensive field expertise in civil and geotechnical engineering. Holding a PhD in Geotechnics and Soil Reinforcements from the Université Grenoble Alpes and a Master’s from École des Ponts ParisTech, he also serves as an Associate Professor at Shandong University. With over 12 years of specialized industry experience across tunneling, slope stability, and foundation design, Dr. Dadda drives SSE’s technological edge.
